STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I would have given them a zero, goose-egg, etc. if that was an option. These are the very worst of the lenders in the entire United States. I should know. I use several lenders and none stoops so low as these thugs. They screwed up my escrow account and when I asked to remove my escrow account they said it would take 30-45 days to review it. Wells Fargo, New American Funding are other lenders that I use and there was no problem whatsoever. This company is the WORST OF THE WORST. Please be informed. I have experience in the mortgage industry. They would not let me speak with a manager nor allow me to send my request via email. I could only send it by fax (Long Distance) or USPS. I wasted my time trying to work with him and his A-team on my VA loan. This company are not specialist at all in home loans. After not being able to close a deal for 90 days I walked away from the deal. Then and only then was I even able to receive a call back from him. I tried everything to keep the deal alive, but this company and especially Michael dragged their feet and kept no correspondence with the seller. I would rather get hit by a truck then even hold a conversation with him. Beware they will also give you a high APR with balloon payments if you don't read it properly. A major waste of my time.

The worst mortgage company ever. I wanted to get rid of pmi. I was debating if i want to deposit 100.000 or 200.000 to ruduce my house pahnent. I ask then how much my payment would be if each case approximately. They said they cant tell me. They want me to depoait the money abd then charge me 200 dollar to tell me how much my bew payment would be. Absolutely crazy. If i give u 200.000 u should be able to do the math and tell me the ballpark of how much my new payment would be. Cant wait to refinance with another company

I hate this company, i will re finance with another ASAP. I have never missed a payment but because its drafted from my bank they bombard you with telemarketers to collect a debt. I have a 800 credit score and NEVER miss a payment it takes them 3 weeks to cash their checks but point the finger at the customer. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

$3.50 transaction fee to pay mortgage online. Most mortgage companies don't need a processing fee to make a payment online.
