Mr. MIke Reader did an appraisal for Texas Bank and Trust for a buyer. As we are the seller, MIke couldn't give us a copy of the appraisal but the buyer consented. After reviewing page 2, I found errors. Mike admitted the error but said he wouldn't adjust the value as he said, "It isn't that much." Well Mike, maybe $2000 isn't much to you so maybe you could just send me your appraisal fee for this one to make up for it! I did find other very questionable adjustments of which Mike wouldn't discuss due to confidentiality requirements. Maybe the "confidentiality" is just your shield for your negligence Mike. Beware of MDR Services!
