UPDATE 2/23: Lilian was great with ensuring we received our entire deposit from owner at the END of our time dealing with them. I did make sure to send over a copy of my Tennant rights but nonetheless—full amount was returned in a timely manner. As renters we have been dealing with Lilian and Jose for over a year. The management company they use, Florida Solutions LLC, is just as bad. ZERO communication about our resigned lease never being signed or agreed to by the owner, and when we found a new unit to move to they held us hostage by refusing to communicate with the building about us moving. They don't answer calls, emails, texts--they want rent money but won't give you a signed REAL lease! I would not suggest any owner or renter work with anyone from Miami Wave Realty. Protect yourse
