Mi-Place At West Rancocas

I live at Mi- place for 3+ years.My apartment is really small and my lease expires in July. I was interested in finding a larger space so before renewing I went on their website to search what is available, found a few , and immediately leave work and went to the leasing office and asked to switch to one of the apartments on the first floor,only it was a different building. The rental manager asked for proof of income and $250 to hold the apartment to move in July 1st. As soon as I got home that evening I email her two pay stubs and next day, which was less than 24 hours, to drop off the $250 money order that I already addressed to them and the manager said the apartment has been taken. Avoid this place if you can. Seems great at first but then you start to realize how poor the management really is. You have a problem? Good luck getting ahold of them via phone call to the office. I swear they turn the phones off. So you go inside to talk to them and get the most generic response to your issue and it still doesn’t get resolved. Complaints about broken gym equipment, neighbors letting their dogs poop wherever they want without cleaning it up, and noisy neighbors and so on still go without resolve. They claim they will put signs up or send emails but they never do. Very much over it. For $2000 a month you would think you’d get more out of this place. BUT, the biggest annoyance is how wrong they get the rent. There seems to always be something wrong every other month I go p

We lived at Mi-Place for about a year and a half and we loved it. Maintenance was quick when needed and the office was very attentive. We had to break our lease early and they made that process incredibly seamless. Would recommend living here to anyone!

Avoid this place! It seems great from the outside but it has been a complete nightmare. 1.Rude and Absent Staff: I have called the office countless times, and they used to never pick up the phone. It’s been months, and nothing ever gets resolved. If you have a complaint, don’t bother—they won’t do anything about it. When I finally got through to them about a problem they caused, they actually told me to hurry up so they could get off the phone. Such a polite group of people. It’s hopeless trying to deal with them. 2.Cheaply Built Apartments: The walls are cracking, and the molding is separating, even though the apartments are supposedly “newly built.” The lack of recessed lighting makes the bedrooms and living areas feel dark and uninviting. Lived here for 4 years would not recommend! Calls themselves luxury apartments but the building is made of sticks and stones with paper walls. The office never answers the phone and will give you the run a round if you need anything. There’s no concern for the tenants safety as there was a time a random scraggly man came knocking on my door and proceeded to stand by my door listening / sitting on the stairs I reported it and it was in vain.. PAY ATTENTION THE RENT INCREASES OVER 100$ EVERY YEAR ridiculous especially when there are no renovations. The power within the apartment will blow if you have more than one thing plugged. And AC continuously broke leaving me with a window unit and a heater in the winter…take your coins elsewhere
