Heritage at Mount Holly

I won't be renting here due to not moving to the area now. But just a heads up, because I fell for it too, the 2 car garage townhomes that are in almost half of the pictures on the website are not part of this community. You will see them when you street view on Google as welll. The 1 car garage floor plan that Is available, isn't shown in pictures. I also couldn't find it on street view. Besides that frustration the office staff was very nice and answered any and all questions I had.

So glad I chose The Heritage as my new place to call home. Julie in the office was nothing but helpful and friendly throughout my entire leasing and move in process. She answered any question I had in a timely manner which was so appreciated given the circumstances of my move. The apartment itself is brand new as they were just built so everything is perfect so far!

I regret not seeing through the act management puts on before move-in. They’re friendly and attentive when they’re trying to get you to sign a lease, but once you’re actually a resident, that attitude disappears. They become uninterested, unresponsive, and downright unprofessional when you actually need help. The “free 2 months rent” deal feels more like bait to trap people into staying in a place that’s far from what they advertise. Parking is a nightmare. There’s literally one resident with four cars hogging multiple spots, and because there are no enforced parking rules, people end up parking in handicap spaces just to have somewhere to leave their car. For the love of God, do not move here. The walls are paper-thin. If you live in a lower-floor apartment, you can hear your upstairs neighbor’s EVERY step. You can even hear when they run water. There isn’t sufficient parking or amenities. You’re sharing a small gym and pool with 5+ apartment complexes, so you can just imagine how inconvenient that is. The trash is constantly overflowing, and the property managers are rude and dismissive. There’s nothing luxurious about these apartments, and it’s not worth the high price at all. They just threw these apartments together, and it’s so obvious. The worst place I’ve lived so far.

My fifteen month stay at Heritage at Mount Holly was convenient (location) Quiet, friendly neighbors and property staff. My Apt. Was like new, as they are only a few years old Julie in the leasing office was professional, helpful making my lease termination a smooth one.
