Mi-Place at Vineyards

The floor plans are good, but just like anywhere else you will find. The noise from Route 9, Lewes Georgetown Motor Speedway, is disturbing at all hours of the day. The stoplights don't help because they are a starter for Mustangs, Chargers and motorcycles.. Nassau Commons is back open, but nobody uses it and traffic is bad as cars pass building 4&5 to get to Redners and the shops, the worst 2 buildings on the property. I imagine things are better in the buildings to the left as you enter the property. It took me almost 10 minutes just to exit the property today. The buildings have 3 doors, but only 1 entry. This leads to the exit doors constantly being propped open for anyone to enter. Cameras do not exist in the common areas or several apartments in my building would no longer live here.

Office staff is generally unresponsive. Emails and calls mostly went unanswered. Barbara Darter the property manager will gaslight you when you take issue with their lack of communication. She in general was abrasive and difficult to work with. Apartment is generally well kept by maintenance who were very responsive and helpful. Other tenants are not exactly socially responsible, smoking cigarettes and marijuana indoors filling the hallway with odor, noisy and packing too many people/kids into apartments, leaving outside doors ajar with objects at all hours of the day so that they didn’t need to use the key fob for main door, puking and letting animals defecate in hallways and parking lots. So I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for professionals or families seeking a clean, quality enviro

Update with pic and video : I would be hesitant to make a review or you may face retaliation like we are going through. It has been a week sense I left my review and they have not yet to clean the building . Instead we were handed a very corporate response to our review and a lease violation. When I received the violation I asked when it happened because I was in South Carolina for the last week. They told me it was for something that allegedly happened over a month ago . This is very concerning because typically if a landlord is upset and issues you a violation they do it right away, not a month later after you right a review they don’t like . In my opinion this is clearly retaliatory and I wouldn’t have left a review if I know that it would make it where I could possibly loose the home

How much money you think this property made off of these unhappy customers. Not reparing or given the correct deposit back etc This is how they stay rich.

The amenities are okay the rent office is terrible my neighbors complained about the maintenance team stealing the day I moved in. The manager there is awful she is dishonest and tries to charge you for things that are not real. The reviews reflected it all but somehow the owner doesn't care despite it happening to multiple people.
