I am extremely dissatisfied with BH Management at Windingbrook. We lived at Windingbrook for 1 year. In that time I can honestly say it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever faced while paying $2399 a month for a home. After BH management took over mid lease what should have been a straightforward maintenance request escalated very unnecessarily, and instead of receiving real help, my family and I were retaliated against for asking for assistance with a severe scorpion infestation that lasted more than six months and other health and safety concerns. The treatments provided for the scorpions were ineffective and toxic. Neighbors who hired outside companies experienced far fewer problems than we did.
