We saw at our friends Place in towns at white cedar . Walls are poorly insulated and music systems or tv sounds are clearly passing through the walls that are shared with neighbors and I guess this community is also the same. My friends are having sleepless nights due tv sounds from neighbors till 12am or 1am in the mornings.. Be cautious guys it’s nuisance if the walls are this poor and are not blocking the sounds from neighbors. ----------- Its 11 PM still cant go to bed bcz of the tv sound coming from neighbors wall :( Horrible quality guys. They contacted MI homes customer care and they said thats how it is and its not their problem :(
Priced competitively, however, the community shares one same entrance and exit with a questionable apartment complex next door. No CDD. HOA was $225 as of May 2023.
They are building some nice apartments. Close to all amenities and to 1-4 and Stateroad 46
