We recently moved into a new M/I Home in the Retreat at Friendship neighborhood. I cannot say enough good about our experience with this builder --especially our salesperson, Samantha Cobble, and our construction manager, Garrett Bell. They made the buying process easy, answered all of our questions quickly, and went above and beyond their roles to make sure we were updated in it's progress and happy with each step towards completion. Unlike most builders, the care did not end after settlement. M/I homes has been very proactive with checking in on us and asking if there is anything that needs to be addressed.
