M/I Homes Lake Star at Ovation

I purchased a lakefront home at Lake Star Ovation and the entire experience was excellent. The quality of the home exceeded my expectations, and the location is ideal. Very happy with my decision. Scarlett and Jamie are amazing from the sales team. James Day is an excellent builder. He is very knowledgeable, his attention to detail was exceptional with an outstanding work ethic. Derek was very attentive and excellent from customer care. The best builder in central Florida by far is M/I Homes. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and options to build a beautiful home 🏡!!!! I love the sunsets every night. ❤️

Location, location, location!! You’re so close to the magic but enough away to enjoy the beauty of Florida living. Beautiful lake views. We purchased a new construction home at Lakestar Ovation and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We built the Cambridge model and it’s the perfect size for our needs. The high ceilings just add to the spacious feel. Design studio was great with many different options and levels. Our home is well built and we have felt well supported even after our move in. We have been here almost 6 months and we continue to be satisfied with our decision. The location is perfect with a great sense of community. Shout out to Scarlett and Christian who made this experience priceless. Would highly recommended this builder and location.

Lake Star … what can I say? A dreamy neighborhood in Horizon West surrounded by water and the Disney fireworks. But with the floorplans, exceptional builder quality and some of the best homesite views you can’t go wrong. Scarlett is so knowledgeable and gets it done for my clients. 10/10 would recommend.
