Loving our new home at Jordan's Ranch. Francisco Cruz our realty site expert, and James Selko the contractor site expert are an amazing team. Made the entire process seamless.

Lexis Chavez helped us with our MI home in Jordan's Ranch. She has been extremly helpful throughout the process. Easy to communicate with, transparent, and very involved to help us with any questions we have. I've visited multiple communities before MI Homes and she is by far the best! I also love the team at MI Homes, they have gone out of their way to make sure we are happy and comfortable throughout the homebuying process. James, the Construction Manager, is another amazing person with MI homes. He went above and beyond with our walkthroughs and orientation. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very fortunate to have these people as our experts and guides through this process. I cannot thank yall enough for the wonderful experience.

OMG! Working with Ms. Lexis w/M/I Homes @ Jordans Ranch got things moving faster than what I was really intending. I was just 'looking' because of the size of the lots. However, she made everything so easy and fun and that's why I'm where I'm at. Building my forever home...

The way they build the house is not very well. Especially for how much these homes are “supposed to be worth” they aren’t worth the money. The beam was sticking out of my concrete. Concrete cracks, nails outside the wall and cracks inside the house. The concrete looked like it was on an older home. They added the makeup on to cover all the bad on that house so beware!!!. There was an engineer letter with the mistakes needed to be taken care but they never wanted to show me. I never saw the engineer letter. If anyone gets that house I’m truthfully sorry for all the problems you will have in that home. I also didn’t qualify for the house thank goodness but now they are withholding the deposit. But in the contract it states if you don’t qualify you get the deposit back. Well they haven’t. Als
