Tim, Susan and Lee are very professional and make you feel that they care about your investment and that you can count with them if anything arise, Today two month in the house and we couldn’t make better choice, their build beautiful houses, you can see the difference walking or driving in the neighborhood . Just purchased out first home in this development, let’s hope it’s a 5 star build!

Showed up for an appointment to meet with a specific person and they had no clue they even had an appointment. They were with someone already and were very uncaring. Drove one hour to go there wasting gas and tolls to see nothing. Beware this builder either they do not communicate at all or don’t care either way if they screw up a simple appointment to show a house imaging what it would be like if you built.

Great place to live. Brand new homes in a quiet and peaceful area.
