Do yourself a favor & think twice about using MI Homes. We have built in the past & this has to be the worst experience. The quality of work is terrible. Bowed walls, tile not laid properly, foot print in our front walk way & the list goes on. They certainty have a flaw in hiring companies with integrity for their work. To get them to come back to fix things per your contract is another issue. Granted covid has made it difficult but lack of communication & follow up has been exhausting. Definitely a learning experience. Smh.

Buyer beware working with this company. The sales office attempted to exclude an advertised sales concession, and would not let us include an inspection contingency in the contract, which should be a red flag to any buyer purchasing a home...especially after reading all these reviews regarding repair issues. You are also required to submit a loan application to their lender even if you are pre-qualified with your own, so they can creep on your personal data. Please read the purchase agreement carefully to avoid losing all of your money.

If you want to put your hard earned money into something which is not worth the money, then you are with the right builder. We are having a tough time dealing with this builder, to fix the closing and other warranty issues with our home. Nothing is professional about this builder, except for the sales part. We do not have any complaints about the sales team, they have helped us in every other way in the home buying process. It's the Construction manager and supervisor's job to make sure everything is installed properly by the few hundred subpar contractors they use in building the house. A builder cannot blame their contractors that they didn't do a good job! It's their duty to make sure they do a good job and it's your duty to make sure you fix the issues which occur due to use of subpar

MI Homes is probably one of the worst builders I've heard of. My little cousin built a new townhouse with them that still isnt even a year old yet and they have broken items in her home due to their negligence and now refuse to fix it properly nor will they submit a warranty request to ha e the company fix what they broke. She has submitted multiple repair requests and tried to escalate these problems to no avail. I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life. They really ruined her first time home buying experience. Worst customer service and warranty dept ever. No accountability within this company at all. Zero stars. Don't recommend.
