M/I Homes Avienmore

We enjoyed our building experience in Avienmore. Gene the project manager was pleasant to work with and he addressed each issue that we let him know about. Hopefully we will feel the same way after living here 6 months later.

My partner and I have had a great experience with M/I Homes so far. Alexandra was super helpful when picking out our interior and exterior finishes. She kept us in the loop throughout the construction process, texting us photos weekly. Gene was very helpful in addressing any issues we had in the first few weeks after move-in. Ivi has been awesome and very quick to resolve any warranty issues. This is our first home, so we didn’t know what to expect, but no complaints thus far. Will keep this review updated as time goes on.

Terrible side quality terrible grading, feel bad for all my fellow homeowners here. Definitely overpriced for construction quality

Absolutely love this community, previous MI home owner can’t wait to move in to another beautiful MI home.
