I genuinely feel like your professionalism and respect set you apart. It can be daunting to engage in any kind of application process because they are so meticulous and also aspirational. And so I would especially like to thank you for being unpretentious and patient with someone seeking Affordable Housing who is bad at filling out forms! Daisy Quesada in particular was respectful, responsive, and kind every time we interacted.

Friendly and professional staff. Talk to them every once in a while. Have a brief chat. 😎 Very cool and hip. Very responsive. Management resolves issues quickly; usually within an hour. Clean building. Great amenities. Conference rooms and printing is available in the building. Lovely community. Lots of fun events for residents and families like wine tasting, exercise classes, swimming, basketball, virtual golf, arcade, and cooking demonstrations. 5 Pointz still homages the art roots of the 5 Pointz artists throughout the building with murals.

I am so thankful to the management company but I need to give a big shout of appreciation to Mr. WILLIAM BIGWOOD! He helped me through the process with kindness professionalism and patience. So helpful and such a blessing with an at times frustrating process of uploading and inputting documents and information. In the end a great outcome. Thank you!

This review is to shed light on what I believe to be racial bias behavior I suspect I experienced with Daisy Quesada Affordable Housing Project Manager and Victoria Krasnova AH Specialist, Level II. I was selected for an apartment at Sea Breeze Tower on New York City lottery. I completed all necessary requirements that were asked, all documents were submitted in a prompt fashion. For several months of what I believed to be the process of acquiring the apartment Victoria stone walled our application. I believe Victoria was in communication with the Property manager Galina Somlyar of Sea Breeze Tower. There were several things stated in email correspondence over many months with Victoria. Never once did Victoria notify me that the apartment wasn’t available until 9th month of communication.

Though the Housing lottery process can be daunting and extensive, MGNY was hands on, responsive and explained what was needed. Especially Hannah Kopecky was super helpful and available at all times for any questions or concerns I had. She made the process less stressful. I hope all the staff are like Hannah. Best of the best. Thank you for everything.
