I just moved in with Meyers, and they have been wonderful throughout the entire move-in process. The first day I arrived, I had some concerns, the most substantial one being one that Meyers had no obligation at all to address. I called and spoke with Rachel, who immediately got me in touch with Jim, who then set up a meeting swiftly to address it all. I'm very grateful for their kind, prompt, and generous assistance in a matter that, again, they were not under any obligation to deal with in the first place. Lauren was also very kind and helpful pre-move-in in addressing questions about the lease. They have a renter's website that makes paying rent/getting insurance/etc super easy. All in all, the Meyers team are very professional, and I'm glad to be renting from them.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional assistance I received from Johan from maintenance over the past two days. Johan was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in addressing all of my questions—both yesterday and today. His positive attitude and professionalism made a significant difference, and I am truly grateful for his support throughout the entire process. It's clear that Johan brings a great deal of expertise and dedication to his work, and I hope his efforts are recognized. He is a valuable asset to the team. Very happy with this company. The apartment complex is well located and close to multiple bus stops. All utilities are included in the price. The leasing office staff is friendly and take your concerns seriously. The maintenance people are also great, will usually come fix your issue in less than 48h. Would definitely recommend.
