Peter Meyer and his team worked harder than any other realtor I have ever had. I have purchased 5 houses and have sold 4. I have had different realtors each time and never felt that any of them really put in much time or effort. That is until we had Peter and Sara from Meyer & Meyer Realty sell our last house. They were very attentive and professional right from the start. We ran into unexpected weather issues and house damage in the middle of the process of a sell. Any other company that I have worked with in the past would have told me to get some contractors and let them know when the work is done. If you’re a contractor, BEWARE!! They will screw you over and not pay you. I’ve been waiting months to be paid. I’ve left messages for my contact Stacey Truemper and she will not return my calls. When we spoke she basically insisted I do an additional job for them but when I declined she was not happy and haven’t been able to get any help. I suggest staying away from this company

I recently had inspection. No one came to do the repairs. I've been trying to get in contact with the property manager Dave for almost a month left messages and a number to call back nothing. I've been in my house 11 yrs. I love my house. My children grew up in this house and it's a shame that now I have to move due to him not responding or even trying to attempt to do the repairs.

Worst landlords in New Castle county Delaware. Avoid at all costs. Love putting folks in court and not fixing problems. Act like we're their property and have no other options but to live in mice roach infestations like they do. No no no👎👎👎

Absolutely terrible buisness. The first think they did when they took over our apartment was Jack up the rent by $100. It took us months to get our roof fixed and they only fixed it after it started leaking in 2 separate rooms. We are about to enter day 5 with no running heat in the apartment and the office and Landlords are ghosting us. One person from the agency came out to look at damage to our ceiling right before Christmas and expressed joy that they would be evicting the "clown" that lived next door in a few weeks. His words, not mine. I would give them zero stars, and I hope the company sees this as well because I can't tell them any of this over the phone because they do not ever answer them.
