Meybohm Commercial Properties

I met with Curt Hanna in Aiken SC to look at a small commercial office space in downtown Aiken. Curt was great and we even at lunch together the day he showed me the property. The issues came in when I decided to move forward with leasing the space. Curt linked me up with Joanna, unsure of her position but the price she quoted me was not what was listed on the flyer and the included amenities where also not available. This is a one room small office space on the second floor and to get the price quoted on the flyer I would have had to sign a 3 year lease. The flyer said the lease terms are negotiable but they are not. Flyer said Wifi included but it is not. They are in the middle of renovating a 100 year old building and the spaces aren't even complete. You'd think that they would honor wh

I loved Hilton Heads miles of angel oak tunnel. No red lights. Until Meybohm bought to develop. Please don't have them raise taxes at Edisto running off the locals for for your good.
