Metropolitan Village

I rented an apartment here for my son. There were many amenities sold to us but never delivered. If you’re looking to stay here and doing so impartly because you believe it is ready to live in and furnished and basic everyday items are available, I would think about looking somewhere else! My son brought up his concerns during his stay, and they were never addressed!

When renting the property, I was sold on many amenities. Including biweekly cleaning of common areas and suites, a furnished apartment, and essentials. None of this was provided during my stay. I’ve reached out during the middle of my stay, checking in on these amenities, and it was never rectified. At the end of my stay, I got an email seeing where the missing items in the apartment were. I replied back with, “ I never received them in the email that I got back. We would never leave you without those items!” In reality, they did! They never rectified it during my stay or after. If you’re renting here because of the amenities, I highly recommend looking somewhere else!

I just moved in, and so far I’m loving it! The staff has been super helpful and welcoming, and the place feels really safe and clean. The amenities are a great bonus, and the location is super convenient.
