Worst experience I’ve ever had renting. We were there a year. In that year, our fridge quit on us 7 times and we lost a LOT of food each time as they took days for them to try to actually fix the issue. Same issues every time. It’d stop freezing/cooling out of nowhere and sometimes it’d start back, sometimes not. They finally bought a new fridge to replace it once, and it quite obviously was too big for the unit so they took it back & brought me a dirty used one with ROACHES in it which resulted in having bugs in the unit. Have the videos in my phone of them crawling around IN it after it was brought. When I asked them to come spray, he was in there about a minute each time and it did nothing. I had to pay an exterminator out of my own pocket due to them bringing some old nasty fridge (whi

MPM has done a great job at managing our property, helping us manage our finances with informational reports, and recommending vendors to get things done on time.

It's nice and clean,the manager was very courteous and patient,she was very knowledgeable about the business and friendly.

They only manage there own rentals . Pretty deceiving ad should redo the listing .

They are really about helping people.
