Hands down the worst experience I’ve had in years. I told my assistant, who’s paid well to get things right, to find me a seasoned, professional realtor with deep market knowledge and local expertise. Instead, he handed me the profile of Alexis Davis, who turned out to be arrogant, dismissive, and completely out of touch with the level of service I expect. If you’re looking for personalized attention, strategic insight, or even basic professionalism, go to C21, RE/MAX, BHHS, or literally anywhere else. This was a waste of time and energy. I’ve bought properties in California, Hawaii, Washington, high-end, complex deals. I know what elite service looks like. This? This was a joke. Never again.

We just closed on 2 different sales that were listed with Coldwell and while the listing process was relatively smooth, once there was an offer on the first property the communication with our agent Stephanie was very limited and extremely confusing. Attachments were sent to us with no explanation and there was a need for additional paperwork due to lot nonconformance and her communication on this was extremely confusing -- it took several calls and emails before we understood what the issue was and how to resolve it. When we received the first call on the issue we thought the property was unsaleable. It turned out not the case and was handled by the title company for us. After that, we never heard from her again on that property. No communication from Stephanie or Coldwell the week le

Ben went above and beyond to make sure that my fiance and I were able to buy our home. He was very patient with us and answered our questions. If he didn't know, he got us the answer quickly. He even made sure we had another realtor for closing since he was out of town.

Called to ask about a house the other day, and when I asked a question about it I was cutoff by an older male agent asking if I had my loan ready. When I told him I was going to pay cash he told me I was wasting his time. You would think they would be a bit more helpful for a cash commission. I also initially asked if it was still on the market because my sister (a real estate agent) said it didn't show it as available on MLS. This agent then said she doesn't know what she's talking about and real estate agents should be using ZILLOW. What a joke. Coldwell has lost our business.
