BUYER BEWARE - This real estate firm requires a "Good Faith Deposit" in order to apply to their apartments. My deposit was $500, but the woman in charge of returning the refunds said these deposits can be as high as $1,000. When you send this, you are at the mercy of this company to receive your money back. It took far too long to receive my deposit back, and I only received it after making a fuss. They require you send the deposit via Zelle. Typically, I am very hesitant to do this, but I saw the apartment and broker in person, and so it felt safe. I also (incorrectly) thought that if I presented my bank with proof that this was a fully refundable deposit that they could help, but they can't. YOUR BANK CANNOT REVERSE THE TRANSACTION with Zelle! They require good faith deposits when applying for a place, yet when they lease the property to other people, trying to get that deposit back is a terrible experience. They refuse to pick up the phone, don’t have voicemail setup so you can’t leave a message and generally seem to do their best to make you give up so they can keep your money.

They are very eager to take your money. Yet delay forever to return your money. Been almost 3 weeks and they still have not returned my deposit. Thank you for the great customer service Agim, hopefully this review will make your response times a little bit better.
