Metropolitan Coral Springs is absolutely the most luxurious type apartment living in Broward County. I moved in almost a month ago and I Love it. The amenities are the best the pool is so clean and beautiful and everything is so tidy and perfect. It is such a beautiful complex with the greatest management team Especially, Alex, He is the best manager to work with and his work peers are so compassionate efficient and positive to work with, They are the best . The maintenance teams are the best . The grounds are so well kept and manicured . The Amenities are so great the pool the club room the gym the covered patio area with big screen TVs, pool table, computer rooms with a conference area and so many more ways to live in a great environment . Beautiful apartments, great community and helpful leasing agents. Very clean kept common areas, well appointed amenities and property security is unmatched! A few Police officers living on site, along with many cameras to sway thieves and ill intent people away. I’ve been here since November and I couldn’t be happier!

Did a delivery here and was surprised at what seemed to be an upscale place to live, smelled like weed and very ratchet. Based on the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one thinking that. I live in downtown Fort Lauderdale and apartment buildings just like this one seem to have better clientele living there. I’m surprised they allow the smell of weed, when people are paying a pretty price to live there. I was looking into the location for my husband and I after it was built, but I’m certainly not going to move forward with it now.

Metropolitan is truly a luxury property with an amazing staff. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommend!
