Lived here for about a year. A wonderful community with great staff and support. Spencer was amazing helping us to settle in quickly after a very bad experience at another rental community. Move out was straightforward with Lexi and Abigail! Ms Sharon is amazing! I wish all of them the best in their personal and professional endeavors!

Most importantly!!! The walls (and especially the ceilings) are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Even opening and closing doors and drawers. I didn't get one good night of sleep in the year I lived here. And no, earplugs and running a fan doesn't help. Things are also always broken. The garage gate, the doors to the outside, the coffee machine etc. And then they'll be fixed for a short period of time just to break again and stay that way for months. The doors especially are a safety risk. Why am I living in a "luxury" apartment if the doors are just open to anyone 24/7? The valet trash is a HUGE money grab, plus makes the hallways smell horrible and attracts bugs because trash is just sitting out for hours every day waiting for pick up. There is no universe where

This is the first place I’ve lived in since moving to Alabama that truly feels like home. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is beautiful, and I always feel safe here. There have been some staff changes, but both the previous and current staff have been absolutely amazing. The maintenance team is quick to respond, professional, and just as wonderful as the office staff. I’m very happy living here and highly recommend it.

Lived here for a year, the location was nice especially if you enjoy walking to the grocery store or the climbing gym. There will be more restaurants in the future, if you're into that. The soundproofing between levels was quite poor. I heard the upstairs neighbors' every step, doors opening/closing, drawers, etc. Weirdly enough, I could also hear cars driving down the ramp of the parking garage in the morning. Generally, the build quality left a little to be desired, except strangely enough in the leasing area/main office, where it was immaculate. The staff, while generally nice, kept messing up our incentives and other payment-related things.
