Maria and John of Metroline Realty are truly amazing! They helped us secure an apartment in record time during a very stressful few days in our lives. They were punctual, responsive, not to mention supportive, kind, and fun. They communicated with us every step of the way. They care about their clients which is difficult to find these days. Sharing the Yelp review I posted back in 2015 here. In the years since having John work with us, I've told the story of how he was a godsend for my roommate and I many times. We're still in the same apartment 5 years later. John even helped me find my dentist! 10/2/2015 John at Metroline Realty was an absolute godsend for my roommate and me. Right from the start he went above and beyond by picking us up and driving us to the apartment. We got to see it two days earlier than planned and were able to meet the Landlord. He took a call after 9pm that evening where we confirmed our interest in the place and the next day we were in his office served with fresh coffee frappes and leases to sign. He helped us time and again throughout the whole process, giving us an overview of the landlord

I found myself in a tough spot when I connected with John and Maria. They went out of their way to be helpful and made sure I was happy and comfortable while finding a new place to live. Definitely would work with them again in the future!

John is the best. In 2019 I responded to a StreetEasy listing for an apartment that he had posted, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He's kind, funny, personable and genuine; I completely trusted him and knew that he had my best interests at heart. He was an absolute joy to communicate with and was always upbeat and professional. I have since moved on from that apartment (needed a bigger space), but I will never forget working with John and what a wonderful person he is. If all realtors were like him, the world would be a much better place!
