I absolutely love the community they’ve built here! It’s an amazing place to grow and start a family. Germaine, Kyra, and Deon are the best management team I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond—not only handling things professionally but also creating fun activities that bring everyone together. From food trucks to resident appreciation parties, they make sure we feel valued. I feel so loved and welcomed here every single day, especially after a long day at work.

Living here for almost four years has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. The community is well-respected, and we truly love everyone here. Management is quick to resolve any issues and always has our back. Germaine, Kyra, and Deon make this building feel like home!

Soon it will be a whole year since I have had a working washer/dryer in unit. I no longer have a working dishwasher. There is mold growing in the bathroom and of course, pest control is needed urgently, inside and out. I live in the ADA unit and the fire alarm system has been out of service since July 2024. 0/10 would not recommend this situation to anyone. I wish to vacate my apartment ASAP and even that is seeming to be a mission! Update: Neither management nor corporate ever reached out to correct the situation. I decided to move out and management continued to slander my name with other properties!

Great location and Easy Access to the transportation! The service in the office is excellent! Kyra was very helpful and knowledgeable…I feel very welcome to this community.

I wasn't approved to live here. And after reading some of the reviews for this complex, I must admit, I'm no no longer disappointed.Im grateful. I feel like I've dodged a bullet. Thanks Kyra!
