The CFO & Co-Director of Asset Management promised to install surveillance cameras this past summer. It’s now Jan. 2023 and still not installed! We recently came back from vacation and our alarm went off twice while we were away. The first time our cat sitter came over and the alarm was going off. This company owns and manages the apartment that I live in. A year ago my apartment was burglarized. I requested that this company finish securing our building. After many emails including a petition signed by some current residents upper management specifically the CFO agreed to partially finish securing our building. He emailed me, "I expect to have some resolution before the end of the month (July 2022)". A month later, August 1 he responds to my email, "We have it on the schedule…", "A little trickier than first expected". A bunch of vague excuses! I've been advocating for an entire year! It should not be this difficult!

I was given a check for a returned deposit, mind you I had to give a cashiers check, they gave me a check that couldn’t be verified by my bank or wouldn’t be! The funds eventually were received by the bank I deposited it in! But it was flagged it was unverifiable meaning the phone number and address of 333 deming rd llc does not match metros phone number and address! three weeks later they refuse to give me a number to someone in accounting with half a brain, to get this taken care of, instead they keep transferring me back to Jill the manager who knows nothing about it! Thus causing tons of communication errors, meanwhile our accounts were closed due to fraudulent activity flagged on their end! Oh and it gets better now they can’t release the check to me it can only be handled with a harm
