Exceptional New Construction Experience at The Olmsted! We moved into The Olmsted in August, and four months later, I can confidently say this has been an outstanding experience. As with any new construction building, there were some initial issues, but the staff's responsiveness and dedication to resolving them has been remarkable. The building itself is fantastic, and the community atmosphere is genuinely friendly and welcoming. What truly sets The Olmsted apart is the exceptional staff. Nakita, our property manager, and Gabby, her assistant, maintain a welcoming open-door policy that makes residents feel heard and valued. I had the amazing opportunity to participate as a vendor in the First Annual Winter Stroll and Shop, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the management. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nakita at other properties as well, and she consistently goes above and beyond. Even with a snowstorm she kept everything running smoothly and the event moving forward. She treats everyone with top-notch service and genuine care, making every event well organized and vendor-friendly. I’m so grateful to have been part of such a successful event and can’t wait for the next opportunity to work with her and the team again. Highly recommend!

As residents of The Olmsted Farmington, we couldn't be happier with our decision to move here! This luxury apartment community attracted us with its top-tier amenities, pet-friendly environment, and prime location near the highway, stores, restaurants, and medical facilities. What truly sets this community apart, however, is the phenomenal management team. Our property manager (Nakita), leasing consultant (Gabby), and maintenance crew (Jeff and Giovani) have taken exceptional care of our needs with promptness and a smile. Nakita and Gabby excel at organizing fun, impactful social events that significantly strengthen our community. Their commitment is truly appreciated and we feel fortunate to call The Olmsted home!

My family found out we were moving to the area a year ago. We had been looking for a house, we couldn't find anything and then we discovered The Olmsted. The building has so much to offer; Tesla charging, covered parking, storage units, a comprehensive gym, game room , in ground pool, canine spa, dog park....I could go on and on. We have all been very happy here. Nakita, Gabriele, Jeff and Giovani have all been wonderful. The building is well taken care of and is always clean. We are thankful to be here until we move into our home.

This apartment was a very disappointing experience overall. It was clear that the unit had not been properly inspected or prepared prior to the tenant’s arrival. When we arrived, the apartment was freezing, which made it uncomfortable from the start and showed a lack of basic care and readiness. The water was cloudy and appeared poorly maintained, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. During our stay, I ended up getting sick, which only made the situation worse. The location is extremely rural, with very limited access to good food options or nearby amenities. Without reliable transportation, this is not a convenient place to live, as everything requires a long drive. The apartment itself feels poorly built and maintained.
