I guess I would be considered a long-term tenant. I have rented three different properties from metro property management and am currently in my sixth year at my residence. Chris has been more than accommodating with my hectic schedule and showing me the properties. If there has ever been any need for maintenance, metro has always made sure that any repairs were made quickly. The heat actually went out at my house the first winter after I moved in and my furnace was replaced the same day! It was very cold that December and I was very thankful that metro was so quick to make sure my family was warm! I own a condo near the Farmers' Market in Raleigh that Metro Property Management had managed for me for two years. They consistently find responsible tenants and send rent checks right on time. Once my current renters were slated to move out, Metro Property quickly and proactively listed the unit and began showing it to potential tenants. There will only be two weeks between the current renters' lease ending and the next lease beginning, just enough time to clean and repair anything for the new folks. So impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness.
