Metro Place Apartments

Regarding the maintenance in this apartment, the service has been extremely unsatisfactory. Every time I submit a maintenance request, it’s almost a miracle to get a response. And on the rare occasions when someone does come, the work they do is disappointing because the issue is never properly resolved. I find this to be highly unprofessional.

We had a very pleasant experience. Tammy went above and beyond to make what could have been a highly stressful transition smooth for my mother. From start to finish the entire team was responsive and swift in addressing any questions or concerns we had.

I went to this complex and wast my time , I couldn't see the apartment because no charge in the golf cart and the whose another available , maybe also whose out of charge , the lady used tablet to show me the apartment , very disrespectful , but I go with the flow , let see what next , she said you will receive on your e-mail everything you need to apply , on my way back home I looked in the reviews of this location , terrible reviews , go side by side with the terrible service I received , but just to see how far this place is terrible managed , I texted them about that haven't received nothing , and once again they confirmed for that all this reviews are correct about everyone of them , we exchanged at least 12 texts back and forwarded with them asked my information at least tree times

I’ve lived at Metro Place Apartments for years, and they’ve always been slow to fix things when you submit maintenance requests but this has been the most frustrating and unacceptable experience by far. Our air conditioning has not worked for over two months, and despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, the issue is still unresolved. They took over two weeks just to come look at it and when they finally did, the situation got worse. We've been more than patient, but it's clear that management does not care. In the middle of the Florida summer heat, this is not just uncomfortabl, it’s inhumane. This level of neglect feels intentional. Crooked people over charge after move out leaking roof and they charge you for damage after 3 months rain falling inside the rooms, from hurricane lan damage, raccoons and roaches, mold, infested 10,000.00 plus on people record. They fraudulent people!! I shouldn’t have to be responsible for hurricane damages especially like flooded carpet.!!!! and on that they never did anything at all to the apt. for 3 years. They charge higher once moved in than the signed contract agreement. (Unfinished hurricane damage repairs). My family suffered pain, suffering, and property losses throughout the hold time.
