I 10/10 recommend Michelle to help with your home sale or purchase. I was unfortunately unable to complete the sale of my home with her due to no fault of hers, but for the time that she did spend on helping me prepare my home for sale she went above and beyond. Her pricing analysis was incredibly thorough and well thought out. She walked me through every step, including having her husband and son help with yard work when we could not find a lawn crew quick enough. Her stager did a fantastic job beautifying the interior for photos. She made multiple visits to the house to make sure everything was in show ready condition. I would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to friends and family.
