Mesa Vista Apartments

I’m so thankful, mainstream did great well communicate and respect. it looks great after fixed. Amazing maintenance staff! As with living in any apartment or home. The maintenance guy responded very quick and took care of business in the best manner. The staff is always so fast and reliable and attentive to detail. Super friendly and always so helpful! One of my favorite parts of living here is peace of mind know I can count on them. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Apt 44

My husband and I loved these apartments and the entire complex. What made our decision so easy is how well we were treated by the staff. Alondra was so friendly and attentive to what we are looking for. Had solutions and explanations for all of our questions and concerns. Really made us feel welcome; as if we’d known her for years. Looking forward to moving here within the next couple months!

I have lived here going on 2 years and I love it here. Anytime I have any issue (which is rare!) - its addressed immediately. We have the best maintenance guy (you rock Alex)! He goes above and beyond for everyone, and is also a great person, and neighbor! We also have the best leasing manager here, Jasmine is professional, courteous, and responsive - and also just an overall good person. Honestly I have lived in San Diego for 6+ years and have rented from 3 places including here - and this has been the best overall experience I have had here. Thanks Mesa Vista Team - we appreciate all you do!

Had an amazing living experience at Mesa Vista. The only reason I moved was my roommate got married and moved out and I had to find a different living situation. Alondra is such an incredible manager. She’s very sweet and professional and fields any problems you send her way in a very timely manner. I admire that they are constantly reinvesting in keeping the complex nice. I’ve lived with some slumlords in San Diego that do the bare minimum but Mesa Vista is definitely not that. It’s a place you can be proud to live. Great, friendly and safe community as well!

My name Daniel Kelly: I have been a tenant since 1991, I'd like to comment about the manager and previous manager they have been the best, and the maintenance man that we have now, he is GREAT! If I need something done in my apartment he get the job done ASAP. He is always right on top of things. And if I see him passing he will greet me, good morning Mr. Kelly how are you is everything ok, do you need anything. He is very respectable person to me and to the other tenants also. The maintenance man Eli that we have is the best!
