Mesa Ridge Village Apartments

When I first moved in, I was in love with this apartment complex. The apartment manager is very friendly, and the maintenance guy has a definite soft spot for kids and pets. Unfortunately, having moved out three years later, I've seen the darker side of the place. Because each of the buildings within this complex has a different owner, your rental experience will WILDLY vary depending on which building you get into. I somewhat suspect that the building owner for mine was actively trying to get me evicted ever since the apartment manager lowered our rent (did I mention she's great?). Visitor parking is nonexistent some nights, and be VERY sure that you take good pictures upon leaving your apartment, as the management company does some very shady things in trying to squeeze every last d

I lived there before and I really liked it.

Very well maintainted units and community. Management takes A keen interest in keeping it that way.

Called to get info on townhouses the lady was super rude.
