I moved in 8 months ago after being told, very clearly, that the pool and clubhouse (which includes a laundromat) would be open within 8 weeks. That was a major factor in my decision to sign a lease here. Fast forward eight months, and not only are these amenities still closed, but it looks like they’re nowhere near completion. This was false advertising, plain and simple. The staff misled me, either knowingly or with no real idea of the actual timeline. Either way, it shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. Every time I ask for an update, I’m given vague excuses or brushed off. There’s no transparency, no clear communication, and no sign of urgency. From Denied to Delighted Living here feels like I somehow tricked the universe into giving me my very own sky castle on the third floor. Technically, it is a studio apartment, but I like to think of it as my cozy kingdom in the clouds. Getting here was a journey in itself. When I first applied, I was denied because of two little marks on my credit. The leasing office was kind enough to give me the report and explain everything clearly. I told them, “I’ll be back in a month,” and sure enough, a couple weeks later I returned, debt cleared, ready to apply again.
