it seems unsafe with homeless and local drug population spreading the garbage when the facility brings out their dumpsters also camping occurs in the adjacent alley way. litter left on the grounds attracts this behavior. why dont they stipend residents to pick up this garbage . it would make this a safer place to live . i notice that the security fence is being compromised . homeless that pass through alley have knocked out bars in the security fence to access the property with einter
