What an amazing experience it has been to work with Merrily and her amazing crew... wow... I needed to close on a house that I wanted to purchase in 2 weeks... Once I got a hold of Merrily is was off to the races. I did what they asked of me and i asked question right back, there deliverance and prompt way of handling business is... quite a dream! The whole process from start to finish and all the things in between they were very knowledgeable and kind and patient and guess what... I got approved in 2 weeks for the loan and my offer got approved with the title company... any bumps on the road they offered resources and other ways to over come the obstacles. Thank you Merrily.
