WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN NEW YORK They are awful rude. I came to write a bad review but I realized that ALL the reviews about this company are bad. My advice: before buy any property, check if they manage it. It's a very small and shady company, so chances your building will use them is very small.

If we could give zero stars in this review, we would. This management company is the absolute worst. They routinely send maintenance invoices so late that you're barely able to send them a check on time. They give no notice of having received payments or not, just a passive aggressive late fee the next month which probably just goes back into their pockets. They routinely mis-bill or misattribute checks to different accounts. Beth Markowitz, the owner, is so shockingly rude, and she acts as if she is doing you a favor. Meanwhile, we're the ones paying her company to "manage" our building. It's unclear to me what else her sham of a company does besides send our monthly invoice, which could be replaced by billing software.
