Merlino did a complete remodel of our house 6 years ago. Brad and his crew are easy to work with and they do such great work. We had them come back and install picture frame molding and wallpaper in our dining room. They also wallpapered our powder bath and installed a new chandelier. I can’t recommend them enough.

For the last twelve years, Merlino has completed numerous projects in my 100 year old Capitol Hill row house, including a complete renovation of the first floor. Always reliable and on time. Recently adapted parts of the house to accommodate a wheelchair. Recommend them unequivocally.

Brad at Merlino is a top notch contractor. His work doesn’t cut corners, and he provides tremendous value in having through plans to start and handling all the little things. They will not be the cheapest quote you get, but you absolutely get what you pay for! Have used them for multiple small to medium sized projects, with more to come!

They did an INCREDIBLE job fully renovating the first floor of my rowhouse on Capitol Hill. They removed a drop ceiling, rerouted the HVAC, rebuilt the stairs, refinished the floors, and fully redid the kitchen. And they were excellent to work with. Super responsive, very budget minded, and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. I feel like I have a new home!
