This is the best apartment complex among all other in lewisville, texas. Never had any bug issues, noisey neighbors, thin walls or issues with parking. They are super clean, and have VERY attentive administration that solves any inquiries or needs you may have. I totally recommend anyone looking for an apartment complex that cares. Pool, clubroom, gated community, WFH office options, elevators, gym 24hrs… you name it pretty much had everything! And best if all easy access to i35… moving out of Texas otherwise I would have rented well above 3 years. Thank you for everything, Merit 🩷🥲

The manager prioritized my request due to the nature of the issue, and maintenance came right away. He was able to fix the problem as well as take care of the other request I had submitted. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I appreciated the promptness, and concern for my well being at my apartment.

I’ve had a good experience so far. The apartments are well maintained, the staff has been super sweet and responsive, and maintenance could take a bit to get to your work order but it is handled in a reasonable timeframe. The location is convenient and the team is helpful when issues come up. Parking is limited if you don’t get a carport or garage. Overall, a solid place to live.

At first, i was happy living in this complex at the beggining because it is nice, it has several common areas to socialize, and the gym is spacious. However, I have been having difficulty finding available parking, which can be frustrating. After driving around for about 30 minutes, I parked in an area where I was not blocking or obstructing anyone. There were no visible signs, and I was outside the fire lane. Even so, my vehicle was towed, and I had to pay a high fee for it. I feel this situation is unfair, especially since I have seen other vehicles parked in similar areas without being towed. I would appreciate your understanding and any guidance on how to avoid this in the future.

It is apartment complex. It has two buildings in gated premises. Access is restricted by digital authorisation. Buildings are four storied. The complex has many amenities which includes swimming pool, table tennis area, barbecue area, doggy park, gym, club room with pool table, co work area with whisper rooms and conference rooms, vending of essential food, lawns, parking spaces, apartments with very good amenities.
