I'd like to start this review off by stating that I haven't rented from Meridian, and can not speak on their company in detail. However, in regard to communication and customer service... that's a different story. Trying to get ahold of someone to schedule a tour seemed fairly easy after reaching out on their website via email but I spent at least 3 weeks prior attempting to establish contact. My first attempt was through a Zillow listing which did receive quick response, but as soon as I mentioned my move date being a month away, I was quickly dismissed and ignored. I gave it another reach out after a week had passed, but still no response. Flash forward I filled out a contact request on their website which, was also never answered. Now at this point I was very interested in the property

My dad has been waiting for this company to respond back to him regarding one of their properties for over 30 days . They put in work by putting in new flooring after 8 years of the carpets never being replaced. They replaced the flooring and the next year my Father was given 30 days after his lease was up to vacate the property. My dad and me have called multiple times regarding the deposit. No response back. I have emailed the company and no response back. You would think they would call back or something. Ceilings was leaning and falling down . Water pressure was low always . They rechaulked the bathroom the last couple days of him living there when they knew for a year after doing inspections of what needed to be done. Would not recommend them at all .

I gave this place a one star because I’ve been trying to reach out to this company and no response so that says everything to me you got a phone but don’t answer it. You want people to send an email. Everybody don’t have a phone. I don’t have an email, very inconvenient if I can’t reach you, this property is not meant to be. They even lucky they even got a rating for me at all.

I moved into the duplex in in Back in April. I let the company know that the basement floods when ever it rains, come to find out there is a crack in the foundation which is now causing more problems in the home (doors not closing/latching properly). I will end up having to cover the main front door in plastic when winter comes since you can see daylight all around the door now. They sent someone to come look at everything I was there when guys came they told me everything that needed to be done to fix the problem and sent out a bid to the owner of the property. Fast forward to now. They have decided to not fix any of the problems but cover up the crack with what looks like concrete over the crack and putting new siding up over rotted wood and holes on the side of the house that you can se

I read all the reviews and saw that the owner responds here I have nothing to publicly say here id just like to be contacted by crystal ? Or anyone in charge of handling this situation I've been calling and sending emails regarding my deposit that we are owed since we moved out 4/30/25. I was muted from the email I originally was speaking to you guys through,, so I reached out to Willow.
