MeridianFirst - phase one and two is the most efficiently run, pleasant, enjoyable, safe, well organized place to thrive, live and enjoy. The concierge service is consistently professional, always helpful and efficient. The leasing office is quickly responsive and resolution oriented. The amenities are awesome - the monthly activities, the Cobu and RP apps is so convenient, coffee machine in lobby, penthouse club and exercise venues are kept clean and functional with a delightful decor, the maintenance workers are highly efficient and diligent. Luxury living at its best.

What a wonderful building filled with wonderful neighbors and a very hospitable staff. Cachet gave me a tour and I fell in love at first sight! The building is immaculately clean. Even when I was taking a tour on a random Thursday night and Saturday afternoon, I saw the cleaning staff hard at work. I really appreciate how this building does feel luxurious from the cleanliness to the new and modern amenities and furniture in common spaces. Attentiveness is 10/10 for people and service here. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and I haven't had any issues (here for almost a month). Cachet was very transparent about what a resident could expect with utility cost and also answered the many many questions I had with ease. Thank you! Love love love meridian on first.

I have lived at Meridian on First for five and a half years where we have a 5 star management professional team That really cares about their client's that Will go up and beyond to make your stay here at the Meridian. As comfortable as possible and a outstanding maintenance team 👏 of all stars there are a lot of perks living at the Meridian we live in a pet friendly building Where we have some outstanding neighbors and most of all , we live in a metro friendly area where the metro train station is a three minutes Walk away from our building you can Walk to the national mall in twenty minutes. to visit the smithsonian and plus we are a ten minute walk from the united states capitol if you are not at the Meridian , you are not at home. 😉

I had such a wonderful experience working with Genesis during my apartment search and move! From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the touring process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions with patience and detail. The move-in process was also seamless, with no issues at all so far. Genesis made sure everything was explained extremely well, and her communication and follow-up were excellent. She was always available, quick to respond, and made sure I had everything I needed at each step. My experience has been good, however management can improve upon their communication. The elevator in one of the buildings has been out for a few weeks and we have not been given any updates. In addition, when one of the garage doors went out of service (and this happens too often), we hadn’t received any estimated date of reopening for a few months. Other than that, I have no issues with management. Residents are generally pleasant with the exception of some of the dog owners allowing their pets to piss right in front of the building. The front lobby staff are temporary & they switch them out every couple months so it may take them a few weeks to learn the job but they do what they can. Overall, I enjoy living here.
