These people promised me a complete new remodeled town home. Never got it. I paid $100 extra for a year for a “new remodeled” town home and I am yet to get my new refrigerator. I got my new stove 4 months ago. I keep hearing that due to COVID-19 they can get my appliances. But yet nobody cares that I am paying $100 dollars extra for new appliances. Whoever didn’t get their new remodeled town homes pays $805 and I pay $905. I was late one time and they couldn’t even waived the late fee. I have a hole in my bathroom for a month now and nobody has came to repaired. They don’t care about their tenants but o my their pockets. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Do not rent from these people.

Not only do they require a citation from the city to mow grass, but they refuse to pay the water bill on time and their tenants are threatened with their water being cut off. These people are slumlords!! Their tenants are too scared to go to anyone about it because they know they will be booted to the streets. The landlord is demanding, now, that they all get blinds.. when it took them till the grass got OVER A FOOT LONG and a citation for them to decide it was time for a mow.. AND we are under lock down! DO NOT rent from this trash company in ANY of their buildings, all they care about is nickel and diming you to death till they evict you to scam another person.

I handed over a clean apartment and keys on May 31. L Riddick confirmed that I will get my refund within 2-6 weeks. 6 weeks later still nothing. This is the worst Management company I have ever dealt with. Bad communication, no pride in their operations and do not care about tenants

Stay away from these people. I am moving 11/1/22. Pay attention to the reviews. Believe there are going to be many more! I have lived in this 40 year old woodframe dump for 10 and November1 the rent will increase 81% on a one bedroom 680sqft.

The current maintenance man is a junkie who steals and the management is too lazy.
