Don't ever rent from here. Lady land drinks on job comes in without a 24 hour notice. Give a notice to leave then never gives me my copy till she breaks and steals all my stuff. Over a dog I could of easily removed

Eviction because of knowledge of infections of manager with maintenance staff. Evicted in morning AFTER possessions placed outside Eviction Paperwork received in mail. Manager seen by several people stealing from property placed outside and encouraged other bystanders to do the same.

Terrible management, landlord is never there. If you miss rent by even a single day they file a dispo on you. No grace period whatsoever. The apartments aren’t clean, the air conditioner barely does anything. Inspection should come every 3 months, barely does. Bug man should come once a month, barely does. Nothing works, they’re extremely rude. Neighbors are extremely loud and obnoxious, and they do absolutely nothing about it, i filed 3 noise complaints to no avail.

Management is rude. If y’all have pets can’t bring them here not even a small animal that stays in a cage. Manager drinks on her job cusses up a storm with other tenants and says it’s their fault. When others aren’t doing anything. Always bugging ppl whenever they aren’t doing anything wrong. So this place needs new management and can allow small pets.

Not a bad place air conditioning needs to work better and carpet needs cleaning your feet are black when walking bare footprint. Let me use shampo Carpet cleaner do it my self
