Meridian Harbourview

I moved into these apartments in 2023 and regrettably stayed until 2025. The complex is labeled as a luxury apartment, but it was not. My main complaints were there was always dog poop everywhere, an overflow of trash near the compacter and dog pee in the elevators. When we moved to a 2 bedroom, the ceilings were YELLOW.. and when I mentioned that to the office, they just had maintenance come in and paint over it, which did nothing. The carpet in both buildings I lived in was lifted and not put in properly or safely. The front gate and trash compactor were constantly broken which led to the residents having to either keep our trash in our home or some would pile it outside near the compactor. The payment for the trash service is about 28$ and sometimes they would not even pick up the trash

I come to this complex often to visit my sister and the kids. The apartments and amenities are very nice! Unfortunately, I feel obligated to leave a two star review due to the staff member who must have friends that live here. While on walks with the kids, my sister and I have repeatedly seen and smelt him smoking weed on one of the porches by my sister’s apartment. It’s very unprofessional.

Cool place to stay if you want a quiet neighborhood w/ amenities. Madison in the leasing office is amazing. If you have a problem she’ll get it fixed. Would have been five stars but had issues with the trash compactor always being down and birds living right outside the unit.

So EXACTLY one year ago from today, I was living in a different building in this complex and discovered that my ENTIRE place was covered in mold. Furniture, clothes, toys, shoes, EVERYTHING! Well for about 5-7 days as they were “figuring out what to do” I was expected to stay there. There was NO “we will put you up somewhere”… Nothing. My property manager asked me to be patient bc she had never experienced anything like it before and needed grace as she navigated through the process. They ultimately decided to do an immediate transfer to a separate unit. (The one Im currently in) HOWEVER it was me and my children in an EMPTY apartment for well over a month. The apartment complex is on the outward appearance lovely but the management and other aspects are not. I have been living here for several years. I couldn’t buy a house in the area at the time but I didn’t want my children to change schools so I stayed. One of the problems that became a recurring issue is the internet service, Telcom. It seems like every three to four weeks we had internet issues. I spoke to management about that when I could. When the internet was out you couldn’t contact them because they are using the same source. I wasn’t alone in this many of my neighbors mentioned the same problem with the internet.
