Meridian at Gallery Place

I’ve been living here for two years, and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the concierge, George, is truly wonderful—especially if you’re a dog lover, as he is! The community itself is fantastic, with dog owners who are especially kind and sociable, making it feel like a close-knit neighborhood. My unit has been completely renovated, spacious, and problem-free, which has made living here even more enjoyable

I've lived in two units at Meridian and both are good. The consierges are so sweet. I have enjoyed my time living here, until I had to deal with the leasing office. I had similar experiences with other people commenting where the staff takes no ownership in fixing my issues. Don't get me wrong, they respond right away and promise to resolve the maintenance/financial dispute requests. But as soon as it requires slightly more effort than just "looking into it," they gave up. I had to chase them down so many times just to get a little more progress that it starts to feel like a full-time job. The leasing office's job is supposed

Continued tackiness, the elevator fobs contantly stop working at random leaving one locked out of one’s apartment late at night and stuck in the lobby with no attendant. The elevators are filthy and the parking spots are so tiny you are begging to get your car damaged

Lived here for a year no complaints everyone is responsive concierge amazing all kind & consistent, clean, spacious apartments. Amenities great not overcrowded. Nice area very central.
