Meridian at Braddock Station

We’ve been here about 3 weeks and we love it. The staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. We’re dog parents and the dog park makes life more joyful for our whole family. The apartment complex couldn’t be closer to the metro and the apartment is so quiet and peaceful. I’m thankful my co-worker let me know about this wonderful community to move into.

The location, amenities, and staff at this building are great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and there are dedicated "resident life" staff who plan fun events. When you rent in an older building, there's a bit of a tradeoff: the units are typically bigger but the building itself is older. I have a newly renovated unit and I love the finishes. But I've had to have maintenence come a few times for some issues related to overall building age (plumbing, HVAC). These issues have been addressed. For me, the larger apartment and brand new furnishes make these issues worth it. My 5 stars are rounding up from 4.5. This is the best apartment around, especially if you are a dog owner! I’ve leased two units here and I’ve loved them almost as much as my dog! The dog park really transforms this apartment into a community, and I’m so happy to call it home! The units are space efficient, and each one has a great view! The staff is very supportive and friendly! And the location is unbeatable with proximity to food and metro!

They hired a company to manage rent payments to include utilities and it charges a "convenience fee" for payment on line direct from banking account. They won't provide me with disclosure statement as requested.

I moved into the Meridian at Braddock Station in August 2024 for a year, right after I was given a tour of the units and property and loved a lot about it. Pros: The location! I loved that it is right next to the metro and still walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants all throughout Old Town. The parking garage has plenty of spots but be very careful navigating through it. I also appreciate that the complex has community events such as comedy nights (those were the best), and free ice cream/catering. The elevators are fast! The front desk staff are friendly and try their best to get your packages to you. Having a full-time lifeguard for a 3-foot pool is unusual, but I appreciate their hard work in keeping the area and pool very clean. The maintenance staff are also fant
