Jennifer and Didi are really awesome 🤩 and attentive 👀 leasing agents! They really take care of their residents ☺️! I have only been here for a few months. But I am already extremely impressed 🤩 with the exceptional customer service 🌟 here 😃! In addition to Jennifer and Didi, Adrian (one of the maintenance employees) and Dallas and Brian (the security guards) really do everything they can to make your stay here as comfortable and pleasant as possible 🙂! No one is perfect. But they all really try their best 💫. Adrian recently fixed my dishwasher so that the motor would spin properly again and so my dishwasher would run 🙂! He also helped to unclog my kitchen sink promptly so it would drain properly again 😅! I was so thankful 🙏 that both Jennifer and Didi promptly summoned him to fix both of

This review is based on an incident that occurred after my lease ended June 5, 2025. I did not close my account with CPS when I left, having misunderstood from the office that The Meridian would take charge of it. To my surprise, in late July, I received a bill from CPS for nearly $250 for the time I had not occupied the unit. I immediately called CPS and closed my account. In the interim, a new tenant had already moved into my old unit, and either by mistake or on purpose, did not establish a CPS account in his own name. I was thus billed for this electricity usage of my old unit. When I contacted the Meridian office in person, Jen, the lease manager, assured me that she would take care of the matter. I really loved this apartment complex--especially the location of being right in the middle of the Quarry. In fact, I was all ready to sign a lease and move in. The problem? Jen, the leasing agent, never got back to me. I initially met Jen on 3/8/25. She wasn't able to show me a unit that day as she had other appointments scheduled so we set an appointment for the following Saturday 3/15/25. However, we did discuss the unit I was interested in (Unit 212) and the price $2487. I was very excited as it seemed to have everything I was interested in.
