Meridian Apartments

I’ve been living in this apartment for over two years, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The administrative staff is friendly, professional, and always approachable, making the leasing process and day-to-day interactions a breeze. Maintenance is incredibly fast and responsive—any minor issues we’ve had were addressed promptly, and we’ve encountered very few problems overall. The location is a major highlight: it’s within walking distance to Market Street for convenient shopping and dining, and it’s relatively close to the Texas Tech University campus, which is perfect for students like me. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home in Lubbock!

In my time at the Meridian everything has been great. The rooms are so spacious and when I need maintenance they are always so quick and efficient! The girls in the office are always so nice and helped make my cross state move seamless.

Do not stay here. Constantly having water problems and is turned off almost every day for "repairs". Maintenance will come to fix something and leave it the same way every time. Terrible apartments
