Meridia Transit Plaza

My husband and I have been tenants of Meridia Transit Plaza for the past three years and have loved it. We have a unit *very* close to the train so I feel entitled to comment that it is really something you get used to & did not deter us from staying here these past few years. We want to shout out maintenance for all of their timely responses over the years, especially Eddie, who was always kind and courteous. The buildings are cleaned what seems like daily from the kind cleaning ladies, the common areas are well kept, and I personally appreciate the garbage shoot for less trips outside! Another positive is the absolute *silence* we have heard from neighbors, never have we had a problem with noise and that’s BIG in an apartment building! I absolutely recommend this building.

Just moved in and the experience has been fantastic! The leasing and management team made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The building is clean, and I’m really happy with my decision to call this place home. Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional experience. My fiancé and I toured an apartment and submitted our applications immediately after. We met every single requirement, including clean backgrounds and solid financials, only to be completely ghosted. Since applying, we have reached out dozens of times via phone, email, and voicemail, and have been met with zero response. It is one thing to have an application denied—which we would have accepted with decency—but to be ignored entirely after taking our information and time is unacceptable. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they handle maintenance or current resident concerns. Save your time and application fees for a place that actually values basic communication.

I’ve lived here over a year and a half now. My complaint is regarding the persistent and disruptive sound of the building’s fire alarm. For the entire duration of the last two years the alarm has been going off repeatedly and unnecessarily, often at all hours of the day and night. This constant noise is extremely disruptive to residents’ daily lives, sleep, and well-being. It also raises safety concerns, as repeated false alarms can cause residents to ignore genuine emergencies. Most recently they notified us that there would be an annual fire alarm testing done today at 9am, giving tenants less than 24 hours notice. Almost three hours later the alarms have been constant and they can give no estimate as to when it will stop. To me this is excessive and not acceptable living conditions.

4 years in the building, I have nothing but positive things to say, Jennifer salva (Jenny) property manger is amazing manger. Almost replies to your concerns under 24hrs. Every time the lease is up, we are happy to sign just because of her. The Maintance service crew is top notch, they show up within a day of it the same day everytime we put in the service request. On top of all that we have social events with music and free food by management which is a great way to meet your neighbor's and management.
