Great maintenance staff at Boulders! Ned fixes things quickly. He got my ac fixed within few hours of my request. Also, Its a quiet and nice place to live.

My husband and I recently moved out of state after living at the Boulders for 15 years! We absolutely loved it…it was a little hidden gem in the heart of Rockaway Township. Resident manager and his crew always went above and beyond and took pride in getting things done correctly and in a timely manner. Heated pool, (I’m really going to miss), awesome lifeguards, clubhouse, gym and convenient to every amenity Morris County has to offer! Public transportation huge bonus, Lakeland Bus, NJ Transit, Uber and 1 mile to Rt. 80. Summer Barbeques & pet friendly and so many lifetime friends made this place hard to leave! I have lived at The Boulders for 13 years. Moving there was one of my greatest decisions! My apartment is very open and i love my patios. The pool is an added bonus. The Property Manager, Ken, is a great guy!! He has the community running smoothly and is on top of maintenance and the pool facilities. I never had to wait for a response to any maintenance requests i have submitted. Ned in maintenance is very knowledgable and friendly. It’s a friendly community and i am so happy to live here knowing great people are running it!

Great experience from first tour to acceptance. Staff outstandingly helpful with senior citizen and moving into apartment with modern technology.Every one I have met at The Boulders has been friendly and helpful. I moved to The Boulders 8 years ago after 23 years living in a house and it was an easy transition. The property is very well maintained and landscaped, close to several highways and public transportation (local and to NYC), with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and a mall. Since Ken became manager, response to maintenance requests and access to shared facilities have improved dramatically. Ken is always calm, courteous, friendly and very responsive (as is Ned). Special shout out to our pool lifeguards, who make summers here so enjoyable.
